All of the Turn arounds on Highway 17 do not have any "No Turn on Red" Signs. I have seen ALOT of issues with people making a left on red to travel from Highway 17N to Highway 17S and vice versa. The police in the area pull people over for making the left on red but there are not any signs which state this. People think its like making a left on a one way street since Highway 17 is divided.
