This has not been resolved. Two men came out and looked at it at the end of 2022 and agreed that some work needed to be performed: Removal of broken concrete slab and adjusting the height of the brick tower that holds the cover downward roughly 6-8 inches. I also requested a cover with holes vs. the solid one that is currently there to assist with drainage in the backyard. I plan to get rid of some concrete on the property and re-landscape to further assist with drainage issues.

No one has done anything since the last time you tried to close this and I reopened it. The matter is not resolved. Please re-read my response from March 1, 2023.

Hi Pam. Thanks for the suggestion. As stated above - Two men came out late last year to check things out. They seemed to indicate that the work would be forthcoming at some point. I'm not expecting it to get done immediately but DSWD keeps trying to close this complaint when it is not resolved.
