Description

There is an active construction project (tractor/earth mover apparently digging a foundation of some sort) at 5520 Welfare / 5468 Welfare. This appears to be a do-it-yourself project and the owner/operator is working in the evening hours and on weekends. It is quite noisy and has been going on for months. I checked online and I haven't been able to locate a permit for the work that is occurring. Thank you in advance for looking into this.
