Description
In addition to erecting new fencing while right-of-way is still under review, and dumping more than 50 yards of soil at once without a fill permit, the neighbors planted a line of Leylandii cypress along the north edge of the property which will significantly impact the surrounding neighbors’ views and light. There are laws in at least 6 states preventing spite fences such as this including in Washington.
