Road surface from the "curve" to Emerson Street is becoming undriveable. Construction has left the road with many "cold patch" temporary repairs which are neither smooth nor patched. Please have Utility companys make real patches.
How does anyone let them get away with this??- don't they need permits to do street work??. Who is following up?? Maybe its time for Jeff to get more help or let someone else do the job.
