Bill Ward Director of Permitting and Inspections assigned this issue to Church Street Marketplace

As the owner of Sweetwaters, I can say that I personally put the tables out today. I am extra sensitive to the issue and in no way went over the black brick borders. I understand the importance of creating a walk way space and not alienating future guests. To that end I also spoke with all staff that worked today, stressing again the importance of our reputation in the community. I am not trying to be defensive but want to make sure that all who read this understand that we are all on the same side.
