A while back, I spoke to a man who said he bought the old Sun
Bank building and was planning to renovate it into a charter school. Instead, I heard he got shut down for doing renovation work without permits. Now, after he towed every car that even parked close to the building killing some of the businesses in the neighborhood and causing everyone money- the dumpster he placed in the parking lot is exploding with trash from people who have illegally used it to throw away residential garbage, furniture...you name it. GET IT OUT OF HERE and FINE this guy for abandoning this mess in my neighborhood!!!
