The area will be inspect and a notice to repair will be issued if required.

Good afternoon, as the property owner it would be your responsibility to repair the sidewalk. Once the permit is drawn from the DPW and the slabs are removed we will trim the roots so a new slab can poured. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact the DPW @201-998-3700.
