This issue will be forwarded to the Streets & Drainage Division in Public Works. Once the issue has been assessed, we will post their findings and recommendations. If it is determined that this is a non-city issue, we will contact the appropriate organization and report the issue. Thank you for taking time to report this issue.
The problem I'm reporting is at the exact point where Bizzell meets Bush. I realize Bizzell is a TAMU road but the issue at hand should at least be investigated to affirmatively determine who caused this significant gap where they intersect. If it indeed is TAMU, could this request at least be forwarded to them? I have already called them myself before and gotten a similar response to what you have just posted. It seems to be an issue of each side saying it's the other's responsibility.
Timber has indeed had some work done recently, particularly to the curb and street area closest to the the two large houses on the west side of the road. The area at the intersection that faces north, one of the two reasons I originally reported this, has not been touched though. It is a very rough, eroded patch of road akin to driving on a dirt/rocky road.
Looks like either the city or TAMU finally filled in the gap and both side of this intersection have been fixed. The one on the TAMU side looks to have been done quite hastily and not particularly well but it is still a huge improvement over what was (or wasn't) there before. Thanks to all involved!
