I have called them and NO action was taken yet. It is 4th night without heat and hot water and whole building with about 300 residents are suffering with children.

Please call the landlord Mr. Greenspan at 212-873-0567. We are living more than 300 people in this building and most of them are children.
Every night from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am, there are no heat and hot water in the building. We have called thousand times but the management didn't care at all.
