As a concerned citizen who has noticed this man's unfortunate situation, why don't you help him? There are so many things you can do besides report him to the City. I am really worried about the idea that we are planning on moving to Brookhaven now that I see the comments, complaints and overall tattle-tale attitude from the people who actually live in Brookhaven. Clearly, Brookhaven is filled with many people who have nothing better to do with their lives than complain to others to "fix" anything they consider to be uncomfortable. Anonymous reporter, Two Lane and all of the other unidentified Brookhaven residents on this site, perhaps you could try to "do" something positive and actually speak to the people who are your neighbors. You may actually find that your problem is resolved in a more friendly and efficient manner and possibly make a new friend in the process.
