Sharraxaadda

This fourplex has a large patchwork of artificial turf squares place on a portion of the front lawn through which weeds grow thru. It is unsightly and makes the area appear a slum. There are weeds 3ft high surrounding the property on all sides. Moreover, a pile of old furniture has been deposited on the side of the house on Sharene Lane and an old carpet has been draped across the fence for days. Please help!
