Description

The Yale Shuttle bus flies up Mansfield street, as if it weren't a huge vehicle travelling a narrow, pedestrian and residential street.

This can be downright terrifying, particularly at night.

The speed on Mansfield Street should be posted at 15MPH and some NHPD or YPD stings set up. It's really a narrow street and people living along it do not deserve to be constantly terrified by these and other vehicles.

Can we just put a sticker that says "1" over the 25 MPH sign, and install some spray paint markings on the road that say "15"?

i dont thnk these drivers understand that streets like mansfield are a shared space with many children, cyclists and pedestrians --- not just a conduit for vehicles to speed thru as fast as possible . i wish they would show some respect for tohers.

I no longer spend as much time on Mansfield St., but Yale Bus Speeding seems to have improved.
