In addition to being broken, it looks like this light was installed in a haphazard manner using poor work practices, just because someone is a low bidder there should be a high standard required for completion. Poor surface prep on the paint on the trim. Who signed off on the completion of this?
The city should only accept the best workmanship. For some people, this building is their first contact with the City of Marshall. This DOES NOT give a good first impression!
