Description

The address is #5 Rock creek Church road. There is a high volume of trash and debris behind this residence that is ripe for rat harborage. The whole area back here is completely unsanitary. There are children on either side. I also believe the residence has no water service and the resident has been seen dumping his 'waste' from a white bucket into the gutter or on adjoining land. I often smell the stench from this. Other neighbors have complained. This cannot continue .
