Description
The posted speed limit through the I-91/95 interchange is 40 mph. The posted speed limit on the Oak St Connector is 45 mph. The posted speed limit on MLK Blvd, which the Connector abruptly becomes, is 25 mph.
Why does the speed limit increase 5 mph before dropping by 20 mph? Why not change the posted speed limit of the Connector to 30 mph to create a more smooth transition?
