I am writing ask why the right turn lane traffic light for west bound President Avenue traffic turning right onto Elsbree Street was taken down and replaced with a No Turn On Red sign. Traffic flows bad enough at this intersection, and now, something that actually helps the flow of traffic is removed?!

I don't know the reasoning behind this, however, I can guarantee that CVS parking lot is now going to become an even more dangerous hazard because more and more drivers are going to try and race through the lot to avoid the ridiculous traffic jams that this change will cause, and as a result, you're going to see many more accidents.
