My understanding is that this is public space. However, the city has not been maintaining it. The guy who cuts the lawn for the house on the corner has sometimes mowed the lawn in that lot. More often, I have mowed it when I'm doing my lawn (I'm the owner of 333 Front, across the street from that lot).
