Please let me know if there is action I can take to prevent individuals from dumping trash in the alley at 3400 Hanover ave. in Richmond. This is done on a regular basis. Needless to say, the glass and metal shards pose a danger to children and pets and can damage cars, including city vehicles which need access to the alley. Thank you. Joan Bendall
