The new traffic light at willow lawn and Patterson does not seem to be functioning since moved from overhead wiring to a pole in ground. It used to be very responsive changing when a car would arrive at the intersection on willow lawn drive. While I know there were safety concerns with light change overlap, now the light doesn’t change at all! This has caused people to run the light out of frustration which will be another safety issue. Please help!

Like last year, lot is overgrown with weeds topping 7' high. Was thinking city would stay on top of this but not so far. Can someone come cut yard please

Broken overflowing water meter reported to dpu 10/17. Has been overflowing in front of 5316 Patterson west Hampton professional park for over a month. In past two weeks, it has overflowed and ran down to bank parking lot at 5310. It's also overflowing in the street and is causing people to have to walk in street or in yards of those in area. Green slime now accumulating and danger of freezing when the temp drops down.

Abandoned lot with back fence partially lying in alleyway blocking other residents. Weeds exceeding 5' in height. City can locate lot because they are the ones that put orange signs on various windows and doors. It's at 5309 Snowden lane which is in the Westwood community near Dwight jones church of Westwood baptist. It's one street behind Patterson. Please do not close. This has been this way for close to year. City came and towed about six vehicles off lot due to expired registration so they know where it is.

Overgrown lot-city is supposedly responsible now. Weeds exceeding 5' in height. Attracting wandering people in yard possibly due to boarded up house. Back fence has fallen down and partially blocking alley. Hopefully city will deal with this soon compared to one complaint they responded to on June 16 from March 2015

My recycling has not been picked up for past three times, even though I called last week ( was told that since it wasn't until next week-11/9)they couldn't send anyone). I also called yesterday afternoon and was told they had until 7 pm but she would put a reminder in. Well this morning, still no recycling pick up. Is the city going to give me a refund for their lack of service? It needs to be picked up today

this was reported before but because of technicality, it was closed. there is a couch under a tarp in the alley behind this house. it is sitting outside the fence that is about to fall over. Please handle ASAP as this was reported two months ago.

In alley behind 5312/5314 Patterson , there is a couch under a tarp that has been sitting there for months. This is by the fence that says no trespassing. That fenced yard also has several cars and a toilet in it that can be seen when he leaves part of fence down. Front of that house faces snowden
