A pile of broken furniture, trash, etc. has been dumped on First St. near the Galvin Park sign.
(It had been in a shopping cart, so I thought it "belonged" to a local metal scrapper and figured he/she would retrieve it . However the cart now has been removed and the trash left in a heap, so city needs to remove it.)

2 witnesses just told me that the chronic dumping here is being done by the owner/occupant of 85 Kimberly Ave, which is directly across from the intersection of First St. & Kimberly Ave.: very convenient. They wait 'til late at night then just move the junk from their driveway over to the Galvin Park sign. One of the witnesses is a former tenant at 85 Kimberly, but now lives directly across the street. He said they've been getting away with it for years because the owner has 2 nephews who are on the NHPD. So maybe it's time for the Chief of Police to have a talk with the nephews--and for the nephews to have a talk with the owner of 85 Kimberly Ave. And for the city to send the clean-up bill to 85 Kimberly Ave.
