Any Status update on this?

I reported this August of 1012. they did some more patching and marked the issue resolved. This is a very dangerous stretch of road. it is too narrow, double crowned, very bumpy and has no berm or sidewalk for bicycles or pedestrians.

This issue has not been addressed in any way.
The poor road condition exists as it has for years. The question is- What municipality does this stretch of road belong to? It seems to be"orphaned" as I said before.

From what I am hearing this is a section of road that city county or state cant agree who owns it. Also heard that some sections might actually be part of a houses property. I been on my city leaders to find out. Maybe the county could man up and fix it before I see them in court cause maybe people suing for alignments and such will wake them up

UPDATE: Public Works Department - That segment of roadway is currently planned to be paved in 2016 subject to available funding.

Could we see about doing it sooner? This has been in horrible conditions for over 6 years. This is a main road way back here. Needs done now.
