I live at 12 rose st in Kearny and my neighbor at 7 Alexander ave has his gutters disconnected and dug a trench diverting rain water on to my property. He also has a table set up next to the spout deflecting water away from his house and on to my property. I spoke to him about the situation and he does not care. All the extra water coming from his roof onto my property is causing damage to my property. I have some pictures of the situation.
