Issued was addressed and remedied.

This problem has not been fixed or remedied. Hole in metal pipe/culvert still exists.

It appears that a temporary attempt was made to pour concrete into the metal pipe/culvert however it was not enough concrete to completely cover the existing hole that has rusted through. I confirmed this by looking at it this morning Friday 8/29/14

Crews continue to monitor this and the rust in the bottom of the culvert pipe will not compromise the street in any way.

This is not rust only, it is a large hole in the drain pipe
