    On the right side of my home and property is Wayside lane and a culvert was repaired last year at this location. After any amount of rain, water stands in this spot and heavy trucks and school buses run off the road at this spot leaving a mess for traffic It stays muddy most of the time.

    The culvert under Wayside Ln off Balsam Rd has a large rusted out hole in it that could cause a sink hole. I reported the problem by phone last year and also spoke to city workers this year at the site. I was told to notify this problem by click a picture.
