While the burned truck frame was picked up in 48-72 hours, the residue from the melted rubber tires was not cleaned off the street for several day. I don't know if PWA came for it or another agency or individual did a partial clean-up.
For 3 weeks, theres was still a residue sticking to the street. It has begun to break up, but that means toxic pieces are blowing down the street to areas where children play. I thionk there is still more clean up to be done.
PLS esculate to a supervisor.

There is still some burned rubber debris stuck to the road.
But I see that your staff is not willing to finish the cleanup. I would like a note or a call explaining the position of PWA on this issue.
