Description

When traveling westbound 13 mile rd, the traffic light is still functioning while Chicago Rd is closed. There is only one lane of traffic, and the light just causes vehicles to pile up; sometimes as far back as Hoover. The light should be covered during the constrcution and allow traffic to flow a little smoother.
