Descrizione

Illegal dumping- down at the edge of the North Pond. Toys, clothing etc. near the huge reclining willow tree. Another bunch of clothing nearby towards the west. In the phragmites I reported this more than a month ago. Please do the cleanup. Parks or Livable Cities I.
