A Whole Foods store is being built at Bayview and Broadway. are the builders responsible to get permits to halt traffic, anytime, to allow their vehicles to come in and out of the sites? If not, I,d like,to get,one of those signs to hold up at the end of my driveway when I and visitors are unable to get out of the driveway due to traffic.
