Description

Swaying stop sign on East south corner of Highland Hill and Celt Ave. Walking my dog on Aug 28 2013 approx 8.00-8.15 PM. As turning the corner stop sign bent towards Dufferin Street swaying. As dog leans or leash caught against the sign it falls over towards Highland Hill and the post hits top of my right foot.
