This building has been in deplorable conditions for years. I believe the plate glass window is a real safety concern. Also, it is one of the first commercial buildings to be seen when entering Stoneham and is a real eye sore.

This building is a disgrace, Have been in contact with the Board of Health for well over a year. Was told that the building was in the process of being sold. (It is owned by Winchester residents) Also, was informed that it had been infested by rodents at one point. Immediate action needs to be taken to rid the town of this eyesore/health issue,
