Several kids were going around the neighborhood in the evening writing graffiti on the traffic utility boxes for the signals. We saw them do it at Dove and Chestnut, and assume, several other areas were also targeted since there were carrying paint pens with them. Since a previous report was made of these boxes being used as part of a drug operation (specifically on State Street), it would be helpful if any marking would be removed, especially if there is additional illicit activity going on.
