Description

On 31 July 2022, at approximately 11am, V. Ray was walking to the Cathedral in front of 149 Eagle from Bleeker and twisted her right ankle because of uneven sidewalk. It appeared to have been "Shaved" in the past; needs to be re-visited. Lacerations to left knee, back pain and swollen ankle. She called me, M. Matthews her cousin, and I had to aid her back to her home 45 Myrtle. She refused medical, probably due to costs, iced it, elevated it, rested, took pain meds and called her supervisor that she won't be at work tomorrow.
