Water leak fixed but what the hell kind of patch job is this. What did they do with the curb

We apologize for the temporary patch difficulty we had yesterday and will be properly patching the site later today. Final restoration, including replacement of the curb, will be completed as soon as our contractor is available.

An RWA contractor is scheduled to perform the final restoration on Monday, April 28, weather permitting.
