Please consider no truck signs for Historic Hughes Place in Wooster Square! Help save our
Beautiful Blossoms!

I have photos of huge tractor trailers coming down the street. Limbs are knocked down daily as some have only 10 feet of clearance. I would estimate 10,000 people a year (5,000 during the Cherry Blossom festival) walk down this Historic Street. A no truck sign would prevent needless damage to one of New Haven's unique historic Cherry Blossoms.

We have a meeting with folks from the city and the tree warden next Monday!

We met with Parks Dept. They are being assessed for replanting, trimming and making sure that they get the care they need! We got a new one planted today! Thanks to Christy Hass and URI for their efforts
