On Wednesday 8/28/2008 at 5:30pm, a Comcast truck, Connecticut license 58C 655, ran a red light and made a right turn before stopping on Edwards St., narrowly missing a family with small children and a stroller that was crossing Whitney in the crosswalk.

I agree that safe driving is important. What are your thoughts on how this can be "fixed"? Is this an issue about one car or is there something structural to change at this intersection? What is the resolution for this particular issue?
