There is a Eucalyptus tree in Neptune Park that has a branch that blocks the flashing yellow light on the overpass. Tree doesn't need to be cut down, just selectively pruned. Always amazes me that there are police giving out speeding tickets at the base of this overpass, yet the flashing yellow light is hidden. The speed limit sign is on the left hand side of the road before the overpass where one can't even see it and it should be on the right hand side as one goes over the overpass.
