ITS NO DIFFERENT IN "FAIR HAVEN", ITS SUMMA TIME, & HAS BEEN THIS WAY ON CLINTON AVE. AS WELL, THE REAL PROBLEM IS: THE PEOPLE DOING THIS, ARE POLICEMEN & FIREMAN FROM THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN SO HOW IS THAT GOING TO BE ENFORCED???

NEW HAVEN NEEDS TO CHANGE JOHNNY CASH, & GET ENTIRE NEW POLICE DEPT. & FIRE DEPT.& PUBLIC DON'T WORKS DEPT. SINCE THEY ARE ALL NOT EVEN WORTH MINIUMUM WAGE AS FAR AS i AM CONCERNED. THEY JUST COLLECT A CHECK FOR DOING NOTHING, THIS IS THE MAJORITY OF THE STAFF & A FEW ACTUALLY TAKE JOB SERIOUSLY. NEW HAVEN REALLY NEEDS TO MAKE SOME DRASTIC MANAGEMENT CHANGES A.S.A.P.

to taxed to death: wow ... nothing like blaming city workers for the issue huh? Yep -- I am sure they are responsible for New Haven being the 4th dangerous city? C'mon... grow up and stop using every gripe as a means to attack them.
