Back racks are needed on the side walk for the numerous activities that happen at the Episcopal Church of St. Paul & St. James. An estimated 500 people use the building on a weekly basis and many of these people ride bikes. At least 3 or 4 racks are needed along Olive Street. They could also be utilized by Comcast customers.
