Yes it has a flat tire and has been there for several days.

This car and other cars regularly park illegally and block this straight lane causing others to drive in the turn only lane to get by in the am.

On going issue since last year.

Car is still here. Green Mercury Mountaineer with a flat tire. Its half in the road and half on the "grass" strip. Cars routinely park here and block traffic. Please ticket and tow,
