ANOTHER ORDERR TO COMPLY / CEASE AND DESIST COULD BE ISSUED - OR IF THERE ARE FUNDS IN EITHER ZONING OR OPED'S BUDGET - A STATE MARSHALL (OUT OF TOWN DELIVERY TO THE PROPERTY OWNER) COULD BE HIRED FOR IN HAND DELIVERY.
THIS WOULD SATISFY THE STATE PROSECUTORS REQUIREMENTS FOR 'PROPER NOTICE'
