Description

The owner of an auto repair business has been feeding birds for many, many years. He is not just using bread crumbs, but also large loaves of bread.
This attracts large numbers of pigeons and geese and results in bird droppings all over the properties in the area.
This damages the paint on the houses and vehicles. This is also a health hazard. I understand it is illegal to feed birds in many parks, let alone a residential area.
If one wants to feed birds, it should be done in a more cosiderate manner. Perhaps a small bird feeder. The health department should mitigate his bird feeding activities.
