Anxious control freak...really??...not even close. I have renovated homes and gone through the appropriate channels to do it right. The only reason someone doesn't is they are too lazy, too cheap, are making shortcuts, or aren't properly licensed to be doing the work in the first place. If they cut that corner who knows what other corners they are cutting.
