Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. An Officer for this area will investigate, and start a case if applicable. Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. We will post updates here as they become available.

The Code Enforcement Officer investigated this issue and reported that the area along the sidewalk is tall and over grown. This overgrown area represents about 5% of the front and side yard. Since it doesn't represent over (or at least close) to 50% of the yard, it is not a code violation. At this time, there is no code violation.
