Deskripsyon

The scaffolding that was installed at this location for regular building maintenance needs to be dismantled and removed. The permit expired in December of 2007 and the work has long ago been completed, but still the scaffolding remains standing. It is an eyesore next to the historic Trinity Church and is hurting business within the building.

You are absolutely right this is a DISGRACE and NYC does absolutely nothing about it as BLATANT a violation as this is.

Can anyone please confirm if this scaffolding is still in place? If it is can you provide a permit number or a picture. Also contact 311 and the NYC DOB.
