Next time Sherman Pkwy is restriped or repaved, the city should go ahead and stripe a bike lane in the northbound direction. There's plenty of space and there's already a bike lane-like shoulder in the southbound direction.

This sounds good to me. It's probably time to review the citywide street standards given there are many streets like this one.

The new bike lane on Crescent Street is a great addition. It would be nice to see one here, too, or perhaps a buffered lane. http://nacto.org/cities-for-cycling/design-guide/bike-lanes/buffered-bike-lanes/
