Description
Left turn signal onto Camp Street has no provision to turn when there is NO oncoming traffic heading west.
The left turn arrow sensor also takes a lot of pre-time to trigger turn arrow. If the car has not been at the red light longer enough to trigger the turn signal, the car then has to wait for the next full cycle. If there is no traffic from Camp Street this can be a long time.
Suggestions: sign above left turn signal allowing "left turn after yield to oncoming traffic".
shorten trigger for left turn

The timing of the eastbound left turn signal has been outstanding since the intersection was rebuilt two plus years ago.
Left turn sensor is often unresponsive to cars waiting to turn. I have often had to wait through multiple cycles before getting the turn arrow.

The eastbound left turn signal has been in effect since the redesign of this intersection 2 years ago.
Left arrow sensor often is unresponsive. On multiple time I have personally and have witnessed cars having to wait through multiple cycles before getting the left arrow
