Approximately 4 years ago Highview Terrace underwent a total renovation to our dead end street. Milling, new drainage, new curbing and planted grass on edges of property that the construction destroyed. The City employees assigned to this were outstanding, friendly and professional.
However the grass seed used was horrible, watering created nothing but weeds, leaving lawn edges looking horrible ! 2nd and sadly the worst thing was the next winter storm to occur the plow truck pushed the snow into the corner of our property, crushing approximately 1/4 of the new curbing. The broken curb was picked up the following spring and has yet to be replaced. This section of ‘dirt’ is an eyesore to our property and to the wonderful job done by our PBW department. Please advise when this will be looked at and a time frame for fixing the unsightly issue.
