Volkswagen, RI plates, parked in no standing zone AGAIN.

This has been going on for ever now... Yalies, out of state plates, parking wherever they please. The city does not ticket or tow. Pulling out of Anderson onto Willow is extremely dangerous with these cars constantly blocking the line of sight to the left.

These are not Archies patrons parking for a few minutes to pick up some wings. The car will still be there tomorrow morning and likely for days to come.
