The CTE (Certified Tree Expert) will be in on Thursday I will have him inspect.

The CTE was there on 4/10/14, his recommendation if the sidewalk is going to be replaced the tree should be removed.

This does not seem to solve our problem...when will the city come to remove all the rotting branches that are putting everyone on our street at risk...parts of the tree remain healthy...I do not see the need to cut down the whole tree, but the branches that are rotting do need to be addressed...in addition, considering the fact that the tree is the city's responsibility, shouldn't we be able to put in a claim for the damage to our personal property...this is exactly why our property is damaged...we have complained about this tree several times before and none of the branches have been cut or trimmed at all...furthermore, the reason that the sidewalk is damaged is due to the tree roots that have grown up through the sidewalk...I would like to know who I can speak with regarding this matter via phone...

CTE has inspected the tree and he is recommending that the tree be removed.
